Here you will find answers to some of the most asked questions on our store ranging from care, shipping information and more. Please check this section out if you have any questions before getting in touch to save time but if your question is not answered from the options on this page please contact us on our contact form on the site.

 

Also a quick note, if you've ordered after the 14th of December and didn't know about the processing times and would like to cancel it that is no problem at all. Similarly if you've ordered a character over the Christmas period and it hasn't arrived for one reason or another please get in touch. Apologies about this bizarre processing schedule in advance we are trying to complete a large backlog of orders as well as remake lost orders over the last month. 

Shipping

- We will be displaying banners for different countries on our home page and cart page but we advise you to order before the following dates to have the best shot to arrive before Christmas. This is due to delays leading up to Christmas which strain domestic postal services.

- USA December 1st

*ORDERS PLACED AFTER THE 1ST WILL BE SENT IN LATE DECEMBER/EARLY JANUARY AND ARRIVE IN EARLY/MID JANUARY.

- UK December 5th

We will be processing orders up until the 16th for UK ORDERS so there is still a good chance orders placed after this date will arrive in time just please keep in mind our processing times.

- Other Countries November 28th

We are not responsible if your order doesn't arrive before Christmas as once orders are out the door they are out of our hands. These dates are advised and are not garunteed delivery dates for Christmas but alow for a few day buffer before the reccomended shipping dates with our partners ChitChats and the Royal Mail.

We will gladly help though if your order doesn't arrive or is lost and we can send a replacement or a different figure if it is Christmas related.

All orders take 1-3 business days to process as figures are made to order. During the holiday season the processing time may increase to up to 5 business days.

-UK orders are sent with 24/48 hour post so it should take between one to three days to arrive depending on the shipping selected.

USA/Canada orders take 3-9 business days to arrive after it's been dispatched.

-Orders going to Europe will usually take 5-7 days working days for tracked orders and around 10 working days for countries outside the EU which are tracked. Non tracked orders inside the EU usually take 10-28 working days while outside the EU takes about 14-28 working days but could be held longer due to customs.

- Shipping inside the UK:

Tracked 48 Hour Royal Mail Post: £1.00 under £30 and free when you spend over £30

Tracked 24 Hour Royal Mail Post: £1.50 under £50 and free when you spend over £50

- Shipping to the USA: There is FREE SHIPPING on orders over $33

Shipping costs $3 for orders under $33

- Shipping to Europe costs: £3.35

- Shipping to the rest of the world costs: £4.00

We ship from the UK primarily but we also have started shipping out of Canada to improve shipping times in North America. We can ship to most countries worldwide as well.

Please get in touch via our contact form or at sales@byronbricks.com if your order hasn't arrived:

-After a week if you've ordered in the UK

-After 21 days if you've ordered in the USA/Canada

- After 21 days for all other international countries

The varrying times above are becuase of the different dispatch speeds in those countries, anything prior to that time your order may still be in transit but if you haven't received your order please contact us as we assume orders should arrive within the guidlines courier give us.

Other Questions

Yes! All our figures are made out of official LEGO parts so they are made from LEGO's high quality plastic.

Our figures are very durable so they will survive through light play wear and they are even waterproof.

If you want to keep your figure in the best condition we recommend that you keep them away from direct sunlight though, so they don't fade over time (as all LEGO figures do).

If you'd like to add something to a character you missed out initially or you'd like to cancel an order, please get in touch at sales@byronbricks.com

When your order is dispatched, though all sales are final and we can't make any amendments to your order so please get in touch before you receive your shipping confirmation.

Figures are assembled by hand and printed with one of the best laser printers on the market!
