FAQ

All orders take 1-3 business days to process as figures are made to order. On rare occasions there will be extended processing times but if this is the case it would be made clear on the top of every page of the site.

-UK orders are sent with 24 hour post so it should take between one to three days to arrive.

- USA/Canada orders take 6-14 business days to arrive after it's been dispatched and depending on the courier chosen at checkout.

- European orders take 3-6 business days to arrive after it's been dispatched.

- Shipping to the rest of the world (IE Africa, Asia, Australia) usually takes 8-14 business days to arrive after it's been dispatched.

- Shipping inside the UK:

FREE SHIPPING on orders over £30

- Shipping to the USA (in USD):

-DHL Tracked Postage (10-14 business days) for orders under $35 is $5

- DPD Tracked Postage (6-11 Business Days) for orders under $35 is $6.50

There is FREE SHIPPING on orders over $35 and all orders at this threshold are shipped with DPD.

- Shipping to Canada (in CAD):

-DHL Tracked Postage (10-14 business days) for orders under $35 is $5

- DPD Tracked Postage (6-11 Business Days) for orders under $35 is $6.75

There is FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 and all orders at this threshold are shipped with DPD.

- Shipping to Australia (in AUD):

-DPD Tracked (6-11 Business Days) for orders under $35 is $9.75

There is FREE TRACKED SHIPPING on orders over $55.

- Shipping to Europe costs: £2

- Shipping to the rest of the world costs: £4.00

• UK Customers- NO, as orders are made and shipped in the UK
• USA Customers- NO, orders under $800 don't pay a custom fee in the US
• EU Customers pay VAT/Customs charges at checkout

Other countries may have a small custom fee to pay depending on your local guidlines so we reccomend checking your local policies when receiving an order from the UK.

We ship from the UK primarily but we also have started shipping out of Canada to improve shipping times in North America. We can ship to most countries worldwide as well.

Please get in touch via our contact form or at sales@byronbricks.com if your order hasn't arrived:

-After a week if you've ordered in the UK

-After 21 business days if you've ordered in the USA/Canada

- After 21 business days for all other international countries

The varying times above are because of the different dispatch speeds in those countries, anything prior to that time your order may still be in transit but if you haven't received your order please contact us as we assume orders should arrive within the guidlines couriers give us.

If you order from a country outside the UK and receive a tracking email it will initially say 'label created' but rest assured your order has actually been packed and dispatched with DHL to our shipping partner which should arrive in 1-2 days from the UK.

After a few days your order should update and show some signs of life in a facility on it's way to your destination.

Yes! All our figures are made out of official LEGO parts so they are made from LEGO's high quality plastic.

Our figures are very durable so they will survive through light play wear and they are even waterproof.

If you want to keep your figure in the best condition we recommend that you keep them away from direct sunlight though, so they don't fade over time (as all LEGO figures do).

When your order is dispatched, though all sales are final and we can't make any amendments to your order so please get in touch before you receive your shipping confirmation.

Figures are assembled by hand and printed with one of the best laser printers on the market!
